Terms of service

These terms govern access to the Praxiron website and platform. By using the service you agree to them. Enterprise customers may have a separate signed agreement that prevails over these terms.
1. The service
Praxiron provides a decision-intelligence platform that turns your rules, constraints and past decisions into ranked, reasoned and verifiable recommendations. Access is provided on a subscription or pilot basis as agreed.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Access is limited to authorized users within your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law. Recommendations are decision support; a qualified person remains accountable for final decisions.
4. Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the data and knowledge you provide. You grant Praxiron a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service to you. Your data is never used to serve any other customer.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, models and brand, is owned by Praxiron and protected by law. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
6. Fees
Fees, billing terms and renewal are set out in your order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Except as expressly stated, it is provided "as is" without implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the agreement. On termination, access ends and customer data is returned or deleted on request.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law specified in your agreement, or otherwise by the law of Praxiron's principal place of business.
