Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This policy explains what information Praxiron collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Praxiron website and the Praxiron decision-intelligence platform.

1. Who we are

Praxiron operates a decision-intelligence platform for enterprises. For data submitted by a customer's users, Praxiron acts as a data processor on behalf of that customer (the controller). For our website and marketing, Praxiron is the controller.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the service and the website:

  • Contact details you provide, such as name, work email and company, when you request access or contact us.
  • Customer data your organization configures in the platform — rules, constraints and decision records. This is governed by your agreement with us.
  • Usage and device data, such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the platform, respond to enquiries, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data to train models for any other customer.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data only with vetted subprocessors that help us run the service (such as cloud hosting), under contractual data-protection terms, and where required by law. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege and logged, and customer environments are isolated. Your data stays yours and is never used for anyone else.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Customer data is retained per your agreement and deleted on request after termination.

8. International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to function and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.

12. Contact
